iShares Russell 2000 Growth ETF Individual Investment Option

Strategy
The Fund seeks to track the investment results of the Russell 2000 Growth Index (the "Underlying Index"), which measures the performance of the small-capitalization growth sector of the U.S. equity market. It is a subset of the Russell 2000® Index, which measures the performance of the small-capitalization sector of the U.S. equity market. The Underlying Index measures the performance of equity securities of Russell 2000 Index issuers with relatively higher price-to-book ratios and higher forecasted growth.

Risk
The risks of investing in the equity securities market include both short-term and prolonged price declines. The value of an equity security may decline due to factors affecting equity securities markets generally or particular industries represented in the markets or factors specific to a particular security. Equity securities may underperform fixed income investments and securities market indexes that track other markets, segments and sectors. Equity securities of small-cap companies tend to present greater risks than equity securities of large-cap companies because they are generally more volatile and can be less liquid. Further information on the investment strategies, risks and policies of this Fund can be found in the Fund's prospectus and statement of additional information, which is available from the Program Manager upon request.
